Happy Chap Goh Meh to everyone... so fast... today is the last day of Chinese New Year d... phew.. today i still have a party to attend.. yeah.. since the 6th day of Chinese new year.. everyday we have party at different colleague's house... we eat. chit chat, play mahjong, watch movie all... Today is Chap Goh Meh, and is Chinese Valentine's Day as well... did you and your lover celebrate? as usual... Brandon and I don't celebrate.... but.. the weird thing is... Brandon got me a bouquet again.. and this time.. have extra present... ya... the Laptop.. the new Flamingo Pinky Dell Laptop consider as the Chinese Valentine's Day Present... so nice can.. yeah.. we ordered d... now we are waiting for it to reach our door step... until then... will blog more about the Laptop... ^^ below are some pictures of the bouquet ^^

this flower really nice... smell nice too... yum yum.. kekekeke but too bad.. it can't be dried flower...

wow... omg... i just blog that normally Brandon & I didn't celebrate the Valentine's Day... due to few reasons lar... who knows... this afternoon i got this... seriously i like the bouquet very much lor... this is the first time i get Tulips... actually i LOVE Tulips very much... just that is rare.. and hard to get it in the market... so normally wont be able to see it frequently... normally if i buy flowers for the room decorations... i prefer tulips... but every time when i look for Tulips... they always out of stock... phew... but today... i got them... finally... somemore is pink+white... so nice can? i like it so much... Thanks Dear.. hahaha oh.. guess what... remember the previous post i blog about... Sanga Restaurant... they have Valentine Package as well... i was so surprise when i heard that from my colleague... Today they having... Valentine Package.. RM140 for two person... and they don't have other food besides the package... phew.. just like how other restaurant in KL normally will do for eve... phew... faint... and the weird thing is.... around Muar Town... can see lots of "unusual" stall... selling bears, dolls, flowers... and is not cheap k... i even get to see some big sign written there.. "RM12 per stalk imported Roses" i was like.. OMG... so expensive? ok.. nvm.. let's take a look at the bouquet that i got from Brandon... hehe.. is really Lovely...

When the girl came to our office... my colleague was like... "war.. you got flower, sure is from your husband" i was like... "err... if is not from my husband.. then i'm dead man" isn't that true? ahahaha..

ya.. this is another wedding gift that i got from a friend... thanks so much... what a coincident... the girl's hair is curly too.. hehe.. or maybe my friend just ask the flash animator look for curly hair girl and a spiky boy as the main character... really appreciated it.. and what you said in the video is true.. i will treasure it for sure ;) 1 day more till my KL reception ^^

Preparation to decorate the Room

Lately was real busy... busy shopping for the new room.. for our wedding... for this and that.. phew... was real busy... feel very sorry to all my friends and family... because of all the rushing rushing... i might not be able to accompany you all very often... some i might not be able to meet... some i even pass by them.. and was toooo rush till didn't notice.. -_-" yes.. i did.. phew.. and i didn't even know that till they told me that he / she saw me some where.. phew... after so many shopping.. finally i get to find the ribbons that i gonna use for my room decoration.. here you go


these are the ribbon... some i got it from Macy @ Petaling Street.. another one i got it from Ikea


this is the small one which i got it from Macy.. i have a bigger version.. but i haven't done it yet... this is the small version one roll of this.. can actually tie... 44 ribbons Price: RM 4 per roll


and this is what i got from ikea.. phew... i like the look and feel of this ribbon... gonna use it to tie something bigger i think.. ^^

11 + 7 Days Left till my Wedding

hmm... the date is getting closer and closer.... hmm... there's things that i still yet to do... phew... 1. the "Ji Mui" (sister) photos... - need to cut them into half.. laminate them.. then tidy up them... and tie them with ribbons... (thanks to Pei Teng for helping us to cut them after i laminate it... ^^) 2. facial appointment - initially wanted to go for facial on 16 Dec 2007... who knows something came up... end up didn't get to go 3. Gown Fitting for my Actual Day - this is done.. i've chosen my gown 4. Song Choosing for KL reception - ya... this is quite headache... have to go tru all my song list again... or do you have any suggestion? 5. Ribbons for Room Decoration on Actual Date - bought some ribbons but still yet to tie them up... so have to get them ready so that i can use it to decorate my room on Actual Date 6. Cloth for Buffet dinner @ Muar - this is done... i've shop @ YourLittleWardrobe for the cloth 7. Shoes for Actual Day... - not that i don't have any new shoes... just that... i feel that those are not suitable for me to wear on actual day... phew.. i'm still searching

after that have to cut them out one by one

F17 Days left till Kuala Lumpur Reception 24 Days left till Muar Reception 24 Days more... what am i doing now? now i just finish printing the invitation card... so now... preparing to send them out... hehehe.... time fly soooo fast can... phew..... Ya... less than a month d... is time to post our invitation card to all our guest... ^^ remember to check out your mailbox everyday ya.. hehehe...

Nowadays most of the invitation card is FREE from Restaurant... including mine... actually not really free.. i paid.. RM100 for KL Wedding Invitation Card... RM100 for as many invitation card you want... so is still far cheaper than you print it yourself from outside.. hmmmm... on the other hand.. Muar invitation card is fully covered by the Restaurant.. ya.. means is totally FREE without paying a single cents for the invitation card... ^^ there are some pros and cons between these two Restaurants.. phew.. food wise... we tested the KL restaurant.. it was awesome... taste yummy... hopefully the food quality wont drop for the Actual Dinner.. phew... -_-" KL Restaurant Pros 1. they include entertainment (ex. Karaoke) 2. they include basic decoration which included name of bride and groom, and flowers along the carpet + a red carpet... 3. food is nice... Cons 1. need to pay RM100 for the invitation card printing 2. there's some "tiang" within the restaurant.. so some of the table might not be able to see the stage Muar Restaurant Pros 1. Big enough to handle big crowd 2. nice hall without "tiang" in the middle.. all table can view nicely 3. invitation card is totally free Cons 1. Decoration is not included....

Besides all this invitation and Restaurant thingy.. what else am i doing now.. hmm.. have to tidy up the room.. ya.. finally our new room are consider done.. at least 90% done i think.. phew.. so now have to tidy up everything.. and put everything in order.. phew... and buy things that we need to deco our new room Getting Married is really not easy o... lots of things to do... just the RSVP for restaurant is not simple d... need to call up friends... sms, msg... contact them... ask them if they free on that day... prepare invitation card... then print guest name on the card.. the next step is to send them out to the guest... phew.. really not simple

Things that you need to prepare for your Pre-Wedding Photos Section

Have you sign a package for your Pre-Wedding Photos? what do you need to prepare and what do you need to know? hmm... actually not much... Once you sign a package from a Bridal Shop (BS) below are the things that you have to do....

1. you have to set a date... to choose the proper wedding gown / evening gown... (remember choose those gown that is more colourful.. else... it wont be able to see it clearly in the photos....)
2. after you choose your gown... then... you have to be prepare for the photo section....

Things that you have to do before your pre-wedding photo section:
1. do facial at least 1 week before... (recommend to do eye mask 3 times for the whole week)
2. book for medicure... suggest to do medicure 1 day before...
3. shops for shoes that match with your gown
4. sleep early at least for the whole week.
5. for groom, remember to have a hair cut 2 weeks before
6. shop for the shirt that you plan to wear for your pre-wedding photos
7. look for the sample photos that you prefer... then you can show it to your photographer... you can surf tru net / even check it tru the wedding magazine
8. shop for eye lashes, ampulse (these two item normally is not included in the package)

and the most important thing is.. don't ever worry about your photo section.. just relax.. and enjoy the whole process... don't worry... be happy... ^^

What's wrong with us? ahahaha.. both of us want to be a handsome groom and pretty bride... so now most of the day we do mask.. ya Brandon do mask as well... hahaha.. farny lar... actually normally i'm the only one who will do all these mask mask.. Brandon just sit there and relax only... who knows today... he suddenly said...

Brandon: "err.. can i do mask also?"
Cherrie: "err.. can.. you really wan to do arr?"
Brandon: "yeap"
Cherrie: "hahaha.. ok ok.. oh.. how about this.. i help you put on the mask.. then i take photo of you and put it up on our wedding blog.. hahaha"

so this is what happen.. hahaha.. farny.. but actually mask is not what lady can do.... guys can do mask as well... so is nothing special lar... hahaha.. :p
